Exhibition and book launch

Illustration Quebec and La commission scolaire de Montréal (CSDM) was proud to be partners in the organization of the first contest called Les écrivains de demain which result in a book publication and an exhibition.

The launch of the first volume ends with the first edition of the contest launched in March 2011 as part of La semaine du français's activities. This contest was an opportunity for young people to participate in a first experience as a writer, offering them the chance to be published and work with a professional illustrator. Thirteen texts has been chosen and illustrated by professional illustrators to finally be published. An exhibition of the book's pages took place from June 7th to July 1st 2011 at Ilustration Québec Galerie.
