Board of directors

The affairs of the Association are administered by a board composed of a minimum of nine (9) members. Any member in good standing is eligible to join the board of directors. Two seats on the board of directors are open to non-members. The latter, however, can join the board only by invitation. These non-member directors can not sit on the executive board since no voting right is granted.

Any member of the board shall take office at the close of the first meeting of the year, following the annual general meeting, during which he was appointed or elected. He remains in office for a period of 12 months or until his successor is appointed or elected. Members and officers of the board of directors are not remunerated for services as such.
