This is a visual glossary designed to simplify and demystify the often complex vocabulary used in mycology. It visually illustrates the technical terms used in mushroom identification. The terms are presented in a simple and clear way, with illustrations to make them easier to understand. This glossary accompanies a guide for identifying mushrooms, making learning more accessible through images. The drawings highlight the important characteristics of the different parts of the mushrooms.

I drew a raccoon from Quebec in a realistic style, but with my own artistic touch. I aimed to capture the details of the animal while adding some freer elements, like "splashes" or pencil strokes that seem to dance across the page. It's a mix of realism and creative freedom, where the animal retains its natural beauty, but the whole piece takes on a more expressive and fluid dimension. It's my way of blending precision and freedom in a single drawing.

"A Forest to Color" is a fun way to learn while having fun. All the objects represented are realistic, but with a touch of fantasy that makes them unique. Each item is numbered, and its real name is provided in the appendix for easy learning. If you visit my website, you can find the actual colors of each element, allowing you to add an even more authentic touch to your coloring. It's an original way to take a walk in the forest while staying comfortably at home.

My project is a collection of illustrations inspired by the forests of Quebec, my primary source of inspiration. It features animals, plants, and mushrooms, creating works that serve both as educational tools and decorative illustrations. These drawings bring a touch of nature into our daily lives, combining practicality with beauty. Each illustration is done in a realistic style, inspired by photos, but with my own artistic twist. You’ll find pencil strokes dancing across the page, adding a bit of whimsy and freedom to what is usually quite realistic. It’s a way to merge the beauty of reality with a touch of fantasy, creating lively and unique pieces.
